Rev. Meghan Smith Brooks and Teri Wilder will lead you through powerful and transforming healing processes each month based on their personal experiences of pain and loss, education, training and professional experience; offering an variety of practical tools, practices, guided meditations, sound healing, MUSIC, and interactive discussion and exploration - something different each month. Each gathering will offer you the opportunity to leave with a new realization of how unraveling grief to embrace life allows us to discover the real gifts hidden within grief. 

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:

Rev. Meghan Smith Brooks - Ordained Unity Minister, Spiritual Educator, Certified Grief Coach, Speaker, Workshop & Retreat Facilitator & Author: She has 25 years experience in spiritual education, now focusing on grief transformation and healing after the murder of her son in 2013. She is Co-Founder of this alternative ministry Unity Awakening Ways with Rev. Michael Brooks, author of a book to be published in late June 2020 “Unraveling Grief; A Mother’s Spiritual Journey of Heaing and Discovery” and has produced 2 Meditation CD’s for transformation and healing.

Teri WIlder - Teri is a master of music and meditation on a mission to introduce the world to the power of songs and gongs that help to de-stress, calm the mind, boost creativity, and support balance and well-being. As a Singer/Songwriter/Certified Sound Healer/Reiki Master, Teri blends the science of music with the meditative benefits of songs, sounds, and healing energy into perfect harmony. In  2019 she opened her private practice, the Teri Wilder Healing Sanctuary, in San Diego, and this year she will be certified as a Medical intuitive. She has 4 CD’s of original music and a gong meditation CD, all promoting peace, inspiration, and wellness.
